Rates

• All rates are charged in EURO
• Rates do not include local tax (EUR 2,80- per person/day, all guests older than 15)
• Minimum occupancy during high season: 2 adults + 1 child (50% child discount)
• Minimum stay surcharge for 1 - 3 nights: 10 % surcharge
• Reduction for all B&B stays (only includes breakfast buffet): EUR 7.- per night
• Daily rate only for minimum stay of 4 nights
• Daily rate: rate per person per night incl. Central Luxury Half Board
• Room safe and bathrobes available for use free of charge
• Check-in: from 3.00 pm
  Check-out: until 10.00 am
  Please notify us if you arrive later than 8.00 pm.

Child discounts for children staying with 2 or more adults:

up to 2 years: free | 3 - 10 years: 70 % | 11 - 13 years: 50 % | 14 - 17 years: 30 % | older than 18 years: 10 %

Child discounts are not available for package deals. We are happy to send families holiday offers upon request.

Payment:

Unfortunately, we do not accept any credit cards. We accept EC-Cards with a pin number (please check your personal limit abroad) or cash payments.
Upon reservation, we request that you pay a deposit of 30% of total room rate (no-fee transfer).

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival are not subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations from 1 month to 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of total price

Cancellations from 13 days to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of total price

Cancellations later than 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of total price

All late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows are charged total cost of booking. (EUR 11,- per adult per day deducted from the original price of the accommodation)

Except for the above mentioned specific cancellation policies, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
We recommend guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
