Rates

• All rates are charged in EURO
• Rates do not include local tax (EUR 2,80- per person/day, all guests older than 15)
• Single room = single occupancy in double room: surcharge EUR 50.- per night
• New Year's surcharge: adult EUR 48.- / child EUR 24.-
• Minimum stay surcharge for stays of 1-3 nights: 10 % surcharge
• Reduction for all B&B stays (only includes breakfast buffet): EUR 10.- per night (EUR 7,- for children)
• Small dogs may be able to stay upon request: surcharge EUR 12.- per day (food not included)
• Daily rate: rate per person per night incl. Central luxury half board
• Room safe and bathrobes available for use free of charge
• Check-in: from 3.00 pm
  Check-out: until 10.00 am
  Please notify us if you arrive later than 8.00 pm.

Child discounts available in shared room with 2 adults (paying in full):

up to 2 years: free | 3 - 10 years: 70 % | 11 - 13 years: 50 % | 14 - 17 years: 30 % | older than 18 years: 10 %

Child discounts are not available for package deals. We are happy to send families holiday offers upon request.

During high season:
Minimum occupancy in suites and apartments:
2 persons and 1 child with 50 % discount

Payment:

We accept EC-Cards with a pin number (please check your personal limit abroad) or cash payments.

Upon reservation, we request that you pay a deposit of 30% of the total costs per room (no-fee transfer).

Cancellations 7-5 weeks before arrival result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations later than 28 days before arrival, late arrival, or early departure the full accommodation rate is charged (minus EUR 11.- per adult per day).

Except for the above mentioned conditions, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

We recommend guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Information regarding our package offers:

• "SKI FREE" from 16.12.21- 24.12.21 we pay for your ski pass – for instance 4 days free include a 3-day ski pass

• "SPECIAL 7=6 DAYS" from 09.01.22 - 16.01.22 and from 19.03.22 - 02.04.22 stay for 7 nights and only pay for 6
• "KIDS FREE" from 02.04.22 - 09.04.22 up to 2 kids under 11 years stay free in their parents' room if you stay at least 7 days

• "DREAM ROOM - ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE" from 16.12.21- 24.12.21 stay in a room of your choice at the rate of the Edelweiss room. No extra charge for suite or apartment. Subject to availability.
