Cancellations and Changes for Summer Season 2023:

• up to 30 days before arrival are not subject to a cancellation fee.
• within 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of total rate
• from 14 days to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of total rate
• from 7 days to 3 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of total rate
• All late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are charged 90% of total rate

We recommend guests to take out travel cancellation insuarnce.

What do you do if the unexpected happens? We recommend the  Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance, which provides comprehensive cover for you and your family in the event of illness or a ski accident and also includes helicopter rescue. More information is available here:

Opening Times:

• Breakfast buffet available from 8.00 am – 10.00 am

• Après sport snack buffet: from 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm
• Evening meals are served from 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm
• Children's evening entertainment available from Mon-Fri (during high season)
• Indoor swimming pool, tepidarium, and infra-red cabin are open from 7.00 am – 7.00 pm
• Sauna and steam room available from 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm
