The Central XXL-Breakfast

Our lavish breakfast buffet is laid out offering all your heart desires. 

 

Feast on fresh fruit, a large selection of muesli, cereals, bread and pastries fresh from the oven, eggs and yoghurt from local farmers in Nauders – this will give you all the energy required for an active day in the mountains.

 

Après-Sport Snack

Every afternoon we treat all our guests to a special afternoon snack buffet with homemade cakes and a variety of delicious snacks, warm or cold, to satisfy all our guests until it is time for the gourmet evening meal.

 

Gourmet Dinner Menu

Enjoy spectacular evening meals at the Hotel Central created by certified dietary chef Jürgen Mathoy, his sous-chef Josef Habel, and the enthusiastic Central kitchen team. The 5-course evening menus with 5 different main-course options are prepared every day. Fish, meat, vegetarian, or regional – enjoy delicious options suited to everybody's taste.

 

All our young guests can enjoy our special 3-course children's menu.
