Booking Information

Opening Times:

• Breakfast buffet available from 8.00 am – 10.00 am

• Après sport snack buffet: from 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm
• Evening meals are served from 6.30 pm – 8.00 pm
• Children's evening entertainment available from Mon-Fri (during high season)
• Indoor swimming pool, tepidarium, and infra-red cabin are open from 7.00 am – 7.00 pm
• Sauna and steam room available from 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm

Pets:

Small pets are welcome in some room categories upon request (EUR 25.- per day; food not supplied). Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room or in the spa area).

Allergies: (please notify us during booking process)
If you have any food intolerances, we are happy to alter the menu according to your needs. We can also provide you with beds suitable for allergy sufferers. Please indicate this when you make your reservation. (Intolerance to lactose, gluten, fructose or diabetes)

Bath and sauna towels:
are provided in the spa area

Bathrobes:
are provided in your room (hotel only)

Massages:
In the spa area – appointments can be made at our reception

Parking:
We will assign you a parking space upon arrival.

Solarium:
The solarium is in the spa area and costs EUR 9.- per session. To use the solarium, you need to purchase a token at the reception.

Valuables:
A safe is provided in your room for valuables. Please request keys for the safe at the reception.

Vouchers:

To use a voucher, we must be informed in advance during the booking process. 

Otherwise, we will refuse the voucher in any case (also for vouchers which are not from our hotel).

Wireless Internet Access: 
Surf the internet undisturbed on your own laptop and in the comfort of your hotel room. You can also use the wireless connection in our hotel foyer (free of charge).
